A popular lure for pan fishermen. This double-barb collar style is designed to tightly secure the small 1.5" and 2" hollow plastic tube skirts. The upper barb is short, wide and blunt to hold the small hollow skirts tightly to the head or to add gripping power to solid soft plastic tails.
